About Stacy

Stacy has been a student of Pilates since 1997. Having extensive knowledge from being a Pilates student for 21 years and now a Comprehensive certified Pilates instructor, she combines the use of traditional Pilates equipment (Trap table, Reformer, Chair), Auxiliary equipment (Spine Corrector, Ped-O-Pull, Ladder Barrel, Mat) and the modern Megaformer to suit her clients needs.
Stacy is certified through the "Beyond the Basics" Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Certificate Program which is registered with the Pilates Method Alliance. This program is based on the traditions of Joseph Pilates with adjustments for the current client and their lifestlye demands. The training program consist of 530 hours of Pilates training and also training to modify Pilates exercises to address different body conditions. Stacy's extensive Pilates training allows her to work with a variety of clients.
Stacy's daily practice of Pilates combined with strength training, barre, yoga and cardiovascular keeps her workouts diverse and all contribute to a healthy mind, body and spirit. She lives by "fitness is a way of life" and that being fit not only applies to exercising, but also to the foods you eat, the way you think and how you handle stress.
Stacy's passion is assisting others to become a better version of themselves through fitness and nutrition. Her Pilates sessions allow her to leave her clients "better than she found them", which is a standard she herself lives by!
Stacy is also a certified Nutrition and Wellness consultant.
Stacy attended Kennesaw State College majoring in Physical Therapy. She received her Certification in Nutrition and Wellness from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Stacy is a Certified Pilates Instructor and she also holds a Real Estate License and is a member of the Realtor Association since 1995.
